What is DHC?
DHC is the acronym for the Delaware Hispanic Commission.
What does DHC do?
The Delaware Hispanic Commission is committed to enriching the lives of the Hispanic Community by enhancing and streamlining efforts to improve the delivery of services; bringing awareness of current issues to the state agencies; suggesting possible solutions for the agencies consideration; and keeping the Hispanic Community informed of available state assistance that exist for all Delaware residents.
How can I learn more about DHC?
By attending our meetings which are normally held the 3rd Tuesday, every other month, at Legislative Hall, 2nd floor House Hearing Room, 411 Legislative Avenue, Dover, DE 19901. All meetings are open to the public, unless it is necessary for a closed session. Check the state calendar for up-to-date listings of DHC meetings and its respective subcommittee meeting schedules.

How can I join DHC?
To apply for membership to the DHC, complete the Application Form located at the State of Delaware Office of the Governor Boards and Commissions. Use DHC code #0172.
