Pedro Viera, Jr. is Vice President, Business Banking Advisor of The PNC Financial Services Group, one of the largest diversified financial services companies in the United States.
Viera joined PNC in 1995 as a Banking Officer. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2000, he was promoted and received his Series 6 and 63 Licenses in his new role as Financial Consultant. He was elected Vice President in 2005 and led Retail Branches in Delaware as Branch, Sector Sales, and Sales/Service Support Manager.
His current role as Business Advisor, leads him to many unique and exciting opportunities within the Business Community. Following his passion toward financial wellness for all, is an active participant with daily coaching, mentoring and development for every business in PNC’s communities served. He engages and helps lead PNC’s Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Council (Delaware), an Employee Business Resource Group Advisory Council Member and served as inaugural President of the Multicultural Employee Business Resource Group in Delaware.
Before joining PNC in 1995, Viera graduated from Central High School in Philadelphia. His primary focus is that of Inspiring, Motivating and Energizing Communities via Business/Personal Finance Development through positive coaching.
Viera is an active participant in Community Development programs such as the PNC Foundation Grow up Great campaign, United Way Latinos Unidos ERG, Living Well PNC, ASPIRA OF Delaware, Chair of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Delaware Chapter and Inaugural President of the Multicultural Employee Business Resource Group Delaware.
