Jennifer French was appointed to the Delaware Hispanic Commission by Governor John Carney in 2024.

Jennifer is a trailblazer who has intentionally chosen Delaware as home since 1993. Fluent in Spanish, she also speaks French and Italian. Raised in the Juniata Park section of Philadelphia, Jennifer attributes much of her inspiration to her late mother. “I was blessed with a wonderful mother who instilled in me the importance of creating a positive ripple effect.” Jennifer believes we have an obligation to serve our community and help everyone find the resources they need to live their most fulfilling life. For example, while living in Spain for over 14 years, Jennifer helped open La Casa Ronald McDonald in Madrid and brought Rock the Vote overseas to share the importance of having a voice in elections, which multiplied absentee ballots to a record high.

Named by South Jersey Biz magazine as “One of 21 Executives Leading the Way in South Jersey,” Jennifer has been a keynote speaker and expert panelist for many events across the tri-state area. French is also the recipient of the Chairman’s Award from the Non-Profit Development Center of Southern New Jersey and was nominated and chosen for 2023 Philadelphia Titan 100 where she was appointed to the Board of Directors, and selected to serve the Nomination Committee and the Hall of Fame panel.

Jennifer is a charismatic and transformative executive leader with 19+ years of leading teams, connecting companies, directing organizational revitalization, and fostering innovative strategic business relationships across both the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Known for a personable and dynamic approach and expertly leveraging humor and transparency to build strong, genuine affiliations, Jennifer fosters an inclusive, growth-oriented professional environment.  She is an influential leader who embodies a global perspective, constantly striving for innovative solutions while championing continuous learning, diversity, and adaptability to ensure vibrant and sustainable organizational growth. She is honored to serve on the Delaware Hispanic Commission.
